Procurement Specialist

About the vacancy: We are recruiting for a skilled Procurement Specialist with exceptional negotiation abilities and a commercial mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating favourable terms, reducing procurement costs, and building long-term supplier relationships.Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers. Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions. Secure the best possible commercial agreements for the company. Conduct market research and benchmark supplier performance. Manage supplier relationships and ensure service quality. Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts. Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes. Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in international procurement and supply, preferably in industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts, raw materials, or technical solutions. Skills in preparing and managing international contracts (including Incoterms, warranties, specifications). Experience in business correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers. Ability to manage full-cycle supply and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in documentation, Microsoft, CRM systems, and databases. Experience with international technical brands. Ability to influence suppliers and achieve favourable outcomes. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented and commercially driven.
