Procurement Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end procurement for interior design, fit-out, residential and villa projects.Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery and project-related requirements.Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database.Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers and site teams to understand project requirements.Track purchase orders, deliveries and material availability against project timelines.Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery and reliability.Candidate Profile3–6 years of procurement experience, MUST be in Interior Design / Fit-Out / Residential / Villas.Existing knowledge/network of UAE vendors and suppliers is highly preferred.Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and project procurement.Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.Able to coordinate closely with design, project and site teams.UAE experience is mandatory.Identify alternative suppliers and materials to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs and supplier documentation.
