Team members join a collaborative environment focused on quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional retail experiences for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement requirements from RFQ to PO and final delivery.Source and develop suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE and GCC.Handle categories including joinery, metal, glass, stone, lighting, signage, upholstery and installation works.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other commercial conditions.Prepare commercial comparisons and support procurement decisions with clear data.Track production and deliveries while proactively addressing potential delays.Work closely with Projects, Estimation, Design, Production and Finance.Support supplier performance, quality issues and continuous vendor development.Use ERP, Excel, AI and other digital tools to make procurement faster and more efficient.Requirements5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-out, retail, joinery or construction.Good understanding of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market; GCC exposure is an advantage.Strong negotiation and commercial skills.Confident communicator with strong supplier-management skills.Comfortable managing multiple fast-moving project requirements.Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.Comfortable using AI and modern digital productivity tools.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
