Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: SAR 10,425 per month + standard company benefitsEmployment: Full-timeNationality: Saudi NationalsThe OpportunityTalentHive is partnering with a well-established and highly diversified Saudi Arabian group as it continues an exciting period of growth, transformation and investment across its operations in the Kingdom.With a long-standing presence in Saudi Arabia and businesses operating across multiple service and operational sectors, the Group is making a significant investment in developing Saudi talent and building the next generation of professionals and leaders across its organisation.We are currently looking for Saudi National Procurement Specialists to join the organisation in Dammam, with multiple opportunities available.This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a large and established Saudi organisation, offering exposure to a diverse business environment, career development opportunities and the potential to progress as the Group continues to grow.The RoleYou will support procurement activities across the business, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure requirements are delivered effectively, commercially and in accordance with company standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and supporting end-to-end procurement activities.Sourcing, evaluating and engaging suppliers.Obtaining and evaluating quotations and commercial proposals.Supporting supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.Preparing purchase orders and procurement documentation.Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements.Monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.Maintaining accurate procurement and supplier records.Supporting procurement governance, policies and approval processes.Identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality and supplier performance.What We're Looking ForSaudi National.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.Ideally 4–6 years' relevant experience within procurement or supply-chain operations.Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.Good commercial awareness, communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Experience using ERP/procurement systems is advantageous.GCC experience and exposure to sectors such as industrial services, construction, logistics or hospitality would be beneficial.Professional procurement or supply-chain certifications would be advantageous.Able to work onsite in Dammam.SalarySAR 10,425 per month + standard company benefitsIf you are a Saudi procurement professional looking for long-term career development, stability and the opportunity to grow within a major Saudi organisation, we'd like to hear from you.
