Its management framework emphasizes quality, customer satisfaction, supplier control, risk management, safety, environmental responsibility, documentation, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing chemical products, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective supply. The Procurement Specialist will evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and monitor performance to align with quality, safety, and delivery standards. Daily tasks include analyzing demand and market trends, coordinating with internal stakeholders on requirements, maintaining accurate procurement records, and supporting logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, risk mitigation in the supply chain, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong procurement expertise, including experience with chemical or industrial supply chains and familiarity with Procurement processes.Ability to manage Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, reconciliation, and documentation within ERP or procurement systems.Experience in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of vendors.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, covering pricing, terms, service levels, and risk mitigation, with attention to legal and compliance considerations.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare quotations, optimize costs, and support informed decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of GCC or Saudi procurement regulations and commercial practices, especially in chemical or industrial sectors.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or ERP software; Arabic and English language skills are highly beneficial.
