With more than sixty years of experience in the oud, perfume, and related products industry, the company has expanded its operations across the Gulf markets and developed a strong retail presence with more than 300 outlets across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.About the RoleTo manage and support the purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, evaluating quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting the company’s quality and procurement requirements..ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on purchase requests and purchase orders.Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.Obtain, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with internal departments to identify requirements and specifications.Ensure the quality and conformity of purchased products and services.Maintain supplier, pricing, and procurement records in the ERP system.Prepare procurement reports and monitor purchasing costs.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Required Skills/ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.Relevant procurement experience, preferably within the UAE.Experience in supplier management, negotiations, and quotation analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Experience with ERP systems.Good command of English.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Candidate must own a car for work use, or the company will provide one.Must manage both indoor and outdoor procurement activities.Minimum 3 years of experience in the INDIRECT procurement.Ability to travel within GCC countries if needed.Must be able to communicate in Arabic.
