Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong experience in spare parts procurement to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance-related materials.Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of required spare parts.Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts / automotive / heavy equipment / maintenance.Strong knowledge of spare parts and the ability to identify and source technical items.Good negotiation and supplier management skills.Good command of English.Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
