Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders and follow up with local and international suppliers.Negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, MOQs, and delivery schedules.Monitor stock levels to minimize out-of-stock and overstock.Source and evaluate suppliers and beauty brands.Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Finance, Retail, and Commercial teams.Ensure product authenticity, shelf life, quality, and regulatory compliance.Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and purchasing costs.Support promotions, new launches, and seasonal purchasing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.Strong negotiation, Excel, analytical, and supplier-management skills.
