Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for aluminium, glass and construction materials.Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing and delivery terms.Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with company procurement procedures.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Projects and Stores teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and material quality to ensure project requirements are met.Track purchase orders and expedite deliveries to avoid project or production delays.Maintain procurement records, contracts, vendor databases and purchasing documentation.Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations and quality standards.Required Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry in the GCC.Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, façade accessories and construction materials.Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and procurement planning.Familiarity with ERP systems .Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.Strong understanding of import/export procedures and logistics coordination is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.UAE Driving License.What We Offer
