Procurement Specialist

Role Description This part-time hybrid role at مبادرة إثمار المالية Ethmar Financial Initiative is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and remote tasks from home. The role involves supporting core financial initiative activities, coordinating meetings and project milestones, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The team member will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, prepare concise reports or summaries, and assist with basic administrative and organizational responsibilities. The role may also include contributing to process improvements and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with the initiative’s goals.Qualifications Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and maintain organized records and documentation.Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Dubai with remote work from home.Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and respect in all interactions.Basic understanding of financial or non-profit initiatives, with an interest in community-focused or impact-driven projects.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Relevant education or training (e.g., business, finance, administration, or related fields) is beneficial, as is prior experience in part-time or project-based roles.
