Procurement Specialist - Saudi

Esnad contracting company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Source spare parts, equipment, tools, and maintenance materials from qualified suppliers.Request and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement issues.Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams.Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.Maintain supplier records, procurement reports, and purchase order documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts, equipment, or MRO materials.Good knowledge of supplier management, quotation evaluation, and purchasing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Good command of English.
