Procurement Supervisor

Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the procurement team on-site and monitor daily performance.Plan and coordinate project procurement requirements with the project management team.Review and approve purchase requests within the assigned authority.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support project schedules.Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best commercial terms and pricing.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a reliable supplier database.Coordinate with warehouse and technical teams to ensure material availability.Monitor procurement costs and support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement.Previous experience in infrastructure or road construction projects.Proven experience in leading and managing procurement teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
