Procurement Supervisor

Job Summary:Procurement Supervisor will lead the team in managing daily procurement and clearance activities, ensuring the effective execution of procurement processes and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily procurement activities for assigned categoriesManage end-to-end procurement processes in line with company policies and proceduresBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial termsSupport cost optimization initiatives and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesAnalyze procurement data, spending trends, and market insights to support strategic decisionsCoordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet business requirementsEnsure compliance with procurement policies and financial proceduresExperience & Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field4–6 years of relevant procurement experienceRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of local and international procurement practiceExperience in supplier management, contract administration, and negotiationProficiency in SAP and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skill
