Procurement SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor with at least 7 years of procurement experience, including substantial experience in real estate development, contracting, and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the legal and contractual aspects of procurement, alongside proven negotiation and supplier management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise procurement activities for real estate and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.Manage requests for quotations, tender processes, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.Review and negotiate purchase agreements and subcontract terms, including payment conditions, warranties, delivery obligations, penalties, and termination clauses.Identify contractual risks and coordinate with legal counsel to protect the company’s interests and resolve supplier claims or disputes.Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.Supervise the procurement team and maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and cost reports.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of relevant procurement experience, with proven experience in a supervisory capacity.Direct experience with real estate developers, contracting companies, or construction projects is essential.Strong knowledge of procurement contracts, commercial terms, contractual risk, and legal compliance is mandatory.Demonstrated experience procuring construction materials, equipment, subcontractor works, and project services.Strong negotiation, commercial evaluation, supplier management, and leadership skills.Ability to interpret project specifications and bills of quantities (BOQs).Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.Monthly salary starts from SAR 14,000, based on experience and qualifications.
