Procurement Transformation Consultant - 10 weeks Contract

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct an end-to-end procurement function/maturity assessment covering people, process, data, technology and operating model.Review existing procurement processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Conduct spend analysis, procurement compliance and process reviews.Assess current-state processes and recommend future-state procurement models.Develop actionable recommendations and a procurement transformation roadmap.Support procurement process redesign, governance and operating-model improvements.Assess and support SAP Ariba / procurement technology requirements and setup.Review CAPEX procurement planning and associated processes.Assess indirect procurement categories and practices.Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
