Producer

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Producer to join the Tafaul team and manage production projects from planning to final delivery, with the ability to support and participate in photography and videography when needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate photo and video production projects from start to finish.Coordinate with clients, photographers, videographers, directors, editors, and production teams.Plan shooting schedules, locations, equipment, and production requirements.Supervise on-set operations and ensure smooth execution of production plans.Support and participate in photography and videography when required, and take ownership of certain aspects of the shoot when needed.Follow up on post-production and ensure final deliverables meet the required creative standards.Provide creative input and help translate client briefs into effective visual concepts.Resolve production challenges efficiently and ensure projects stay on track.Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality.Requirements:Previous experience in media production, advertising, content creation, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Good understanding of cameras, lighting, and the overall production process.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
