Jagobahasa is looking for a Product & Development Staff to collaborate with us in developing better English learning experiences.Di posisi ini, kamu akan terlibat dalam pengembangan learning products hingga teacher development.Kalau kamu punya background di Education/English, pengalaman mengajar atau mengembangkan materi pembelajaran, serta tertarik dengan dunia learning & development, we’d love to hear from you!Main responsibility:Developing and improve English learning products, programs, and teaching systemsDeveloping learning materials, curriculum, methods, and assessmentsContributing to the development of teachers and teaching capabilitiesEnsuring the quality and effectiveness of learning products and teaching practicesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to create better learning experiences at JagobahasaQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, English Language, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience is preferredExperience in English teaching and learning material developmentHolds at least one recognized English proficiency or teaching certificationAble to use design tools and familiar with online teaching platformsFamiliar with AI-assisted tools to support learning content development
