Product & Portfolio Executive

Role OverviewKamel Pay is seeking a motivated and analytical Product & Portfolio Executive to support the development, launch, and ongoing management of its card products and customer portfolios.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, analyse customer and transaction trends, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and usage. This position is suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in developing a career in fintech, payments, card products, or portfolio management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify card issuance trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales — to support product launches and successful project execution.Support the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing card products.Analyse customer behaviour, transaction and usage trends, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and improved customer engagement.Develop and maintain product presentations, FAQs, product documentation, and customer-facing collateral that highlight key product features and benefits.Support end-to-end card lifecycle management initiatives, including activation, usage, engagement, rewards, retention, and portfolio optimisation campaigns.Experience0–3 years of relevant experience; candidates early in their career or recent graduates with a strong interest in product and portfolio management are encouraged to apply.What we offer: Exposure to the fast-growing fintech and digital-payments industry.Hands-on involvement in card product development, launches, and portfolio-management initiatives.Opportunities to collaborate with experienced professionals across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Sales.Salary: 6000-7000 AED/Month
