Product & Program Coordinator

OverviewOur client is a leading regional digital commerce and financial services organization driving innovative payment and customer engagement solutions. They are seeking a Product & Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic payment and co-branded card initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsSupport the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch monitoringTrack project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items while ensuring timely follow-upFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and external stakeholdersPrepare management reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and status updatesMaintain project documentation, business requirements, governance records, and decision logsSupport product enhancements, launch readiness activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and portfolio optimization initiativesMonitor product performance metrics and provide insights to improve customer engagement and business outcomes.Requirements4-6 years of experience in Product Coordination, Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, or Project CoordinationExperience within Banking, Cards, Payments, FinTech, E-commerce, or Financial ServiceExposure to payment products or co-branded card programs is highly preferredStrong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholdersExperience with project governance, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and delivery managementStrong documentation and business requirements management skillAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillExperience with Power BI or reporting dashboards is an advantageFamiliarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillImmediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period are preferred---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Job location – DubaiOutsourced though Innovations GlobalType – 12 months project(may extend)Package – AED 32000/month
