About The RoleThe product analytics team is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to (1) proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, (2) collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and (3) ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives.About The JobAnalyze customer behavior and product performance data to generate insights and support decision-makingIdentify trends and patterns for product and process improvementsCreate, automate, and maintain reports and dashboardsCollaborate and provide analytical support to data, risk, and engineering teams in strategy deploymentsMonitor product updates and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistencyStay up to date with business analytics tools, techniques, and industry trendsAbout YouAt least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insightsProficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentationsHigh attention to detail with solid organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teamsExcellent English communication skills
