We work with corporate customers across APAC to solve complex business and sustainability challenges through technology.You will work closely with Sales and Customer Support teams, as well as directly with customers, to understand their challenges, uncover unmet needs, and identify opportunities for new products and enhancements. You will also work closely with Engineering to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and support product development.This role offers hands-on exposure to product discovery and the full product lifecycle, while building your understanding of how technology can help organisations address their ESG and sustainability priorities.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs — work with Sales and Customer Support, and engage directly with customers, to understand their challenges, workflows, and pain points.Conduct product discovery — research customer needs and uncover unmet needs, critical problems, and opportunities for new products or features.Analyse data and insights — identify patterns and trends from customer feedback, product usage, and operational data.Translate insights into requirements — turn customer problems into clear problem statements, user needs, and product requirements.Work with Engineering — clarify requirements, answer questions, and support the development and delivery of product enhancements.Support testing and improvement — help test new features, identify gaps, and provide feedback based on customer needs.Research ESG and sustainability — build an understanding of sustainability trends and challenges to identify opportunities where technology can create value. Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Is genuinely interested in ESG, sustainability, and how businesses can create better outcomes.Enjoys speaking with customers, asking questions, and digging into the underlying problem.Is analytical and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.Has strong attention to detail and communicates clearly.Can turn complex information into clear insights and requirements.Is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.Is interested in using technology to solve critical business and sustainability problems.Experience in ESG or sustainability is preferred, but a strong interest and willingness to learn will also be considered.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.RequirementsBachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental engineering, sustainability studies or environmental economics.Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesising user insights, preferably with demonstrated knowledge in carbon accounting and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g. Figma) and understanding of UX/ UI principles.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
