Product Assistant

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of the product team. The role involves assisting with product information, documentation, coordination, research, and administrative tasks to ensure products are managed accurately and efficiently throughout their lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Support the product team in daily product-related activities and administrative tasks.Maintain accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and supporting documentation.Assist with product setup, updates, and maintenance across internal systems and relevant platforms.Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, sales, marketing, purchasing, and inventory to support product requirements.Assist with product research, market information, competitor monitoring, and basic data analysis.Prepare product reports, presentations, product lists, and other supporting materials.Track product-related tasks, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.Assist in product launches, promotions, updates, and other product initiatives.Identify discrepancies in product information and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.Maintain organized product records and ensure information is updated accurately and consistently.Support continuous improvement of product processes, documentation, and workflows.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.Comfortable working with product data, reports, spreadsheets, and business systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Good coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different teams.Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new products, systems, and processes.Strong sense of accuracy, ownership, and follow-through.
