Product Compliance Officer – Consumer Electronics

Job Summary :We are hiring a Product Compliance Officer to manage product certification and regulatory compliance for consumer electronics across 70+ countries, with a focus on GCC and North African markets. You will report to the Product Compliance Manager and work with global and regional teams to keep our products certified, compliant and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end certification: prepare and submit applications to authorities and certification bodies.Coordinate with accredited labs, government bodies and consultants to obtain certificates.Track certificate validity and manage renewals.Support market access for new product launches.Monitor new and revised regulations (SASO, GCC, ECAS, TRA and similar).Assess the impact on current and upcoming products.Present compliance summaries and recommendations to management.Review and maintain Test Reports, CB and EMC Reports, Safety Reports, MSDS, CoC and DoC.Support customs clearance and pre-shipment inspection.Support Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing and Regional Offices with registration and import documents.Maintain the certification database, expiry tracking and version control.Support CAPA and internal and external audits; help develop SOPs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.1–3 years in Product Compliance, Certification, Regulatory Affairs or QA (consumer electronics preferred).Knowledge of SASO, RoHS and IEC/EN standards.Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Based in the UAE with local experience.
