Application Design Engineer / Product Design EngineerDepartment: DesignLocation: IndoreQualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech – Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 5–10 YearsCTC: ₹50,000–₹65,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AHU & HVAC equipment as per client/project requirements.Prepare GA, Tender & GFC drawings using AutoCAD.Prepare heat load calculations, equipment selection, costing, estimation, BOM and quotations.Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.Optimize equipment costing while maintaining required quality and performance.Understand AHU capacity, airflow, ESP, coil, filter, fan, motor, insulation and other components.Review tender documents and ensure quotations comply with project specifications and client requirements.Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Vendors, Consultants and Clients.Support tender preparation, technical submissions and commercial negotiations.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of AHU & HVAC design and application.Experience in costing, estimation, equipment selection and quotation preparation.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.Good technical, analytical and communication skills.Experience in AHU/HVAC manufacturing will be preferred.
