Trusted by brands like Amazon, Dream11, MPL, Sharechat, Treebo, Mobikwik, and 1000+ publishers across 20+ countries.About the Role:The Products You’d Help Build: Pubscale - Our Flagship Product Enables effective monetization, user acquisition, uplift revenue and analyzes business growth all in a single place. As a Product Design Intern, you’d be contributing directly to the below features of “Pubscale”:Immersive Ads: Native, non-intrusive ad formats with features like smart caching, priority loading, and adaptive refresh deliver better UX and higher monetization without annoying popups.Offerwall: A reward-based engagement layer that monetizes non-paying users through personalized, high-conversion tasks—driving eCPMs up to $1000 in Tier 1 geos and up to 3X more revenue in emerging markets.Ad X & GROW: Monetization via Google Ad Manager + premium demand partners and an AI-driven UA engine (GROW) with free credits and optimization support.Responsibilities:Work on real product features with ownership of specific tasks from concept to handoff.Tackle key UX problems through research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping.Design across a wide range of domains — mobile apps, websites, dashboards, and design systems.Create high-fidelity UI mockups while ensuring usability, consistency, and scalability.Collaborate closely with developers to bring your designs to life with accuracy.Contribute to visual and creative design tasks (e.g., marketing graphics, motion, or illustrations) when required.Participate in user research and testing, using insights to refine design decisions.Qualifications:Familiarity with Figma for design & prototyping.Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layouts.Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively.Good communication & collaboration skills.Required Skills:Coursework or projects in UI/UX design, product design, or visual design with 3-6month of experience.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with creative design work.Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or tools like After Effects / Lottie.Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for developer handoff.Preferred Skills:High-ownership role with direct impact on product direction and user experience.Fast-paced, experiment-driven environment—perfect for designers who thrive on rapid iterations.Ideal for self-starters who can turn vague ideas into polished designs with minimal guidance.
