You will lead end-to-end product design, mentor designers, establish scalable design systems, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.This role combines hands-on product design with leadership, driving both product quality and design excellence across the company.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall product design strategy aligned with business goalsLead end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and production handoffMentor and support designers through coaching, feedback, and career developmentCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product directionConduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into impactful product decisionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfacesBuild, maintain, and evolve a scalable design systemEnsure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all productsFacilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaborationChampion user-centered design and data-informed decision makingLeverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, validation, and implementationRequirements5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related roleProven experience leading projects or mentoring designersStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile applicationsExpertise in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, design tokens and design systemsStrong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraintsFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind css, React) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineersExperience with AI-powered design-to-code workflows, including tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude CodeHands-on experience with StorybookComfortable reviewing implementation, contributing to design quality in code, and collaborating throughout the development processExcellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile product teamsNice to HaveExperience designing AI-native products or developer toolsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive designExperience with product analytics and experimentationBasic frontend development experiencePassion for emerging AI technologies and modern product development workflows
