Product Designer

We're hiring — Product Designer + Social Media Creative at SoukPay 🎨SoukPay is a Dubai-based fintech building the payments and merchant rewards layer for how people shop across the UAE. We're pre-launch, moving fast, and looking for a designer who can help shape both the product and how we show up in the market.What you'd be doing:→ Designing and evolving the SoukPay consumer app (English + Arabic RTL)→ Designing the merchant dashboard as new features roll out→ Building and maintaining our design system→ Creating social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok→ Designing campaign creatives, launch assets, and marketing visuals→ Supporting motion and video content for launches and campaignsWhat we're looking for:→ 3–5 years designing shipped mobile products→ Strong UI craft, comfortable working within a design system→ Arabic / RTL design experience (or willingness to learn — half our users read right-to-left)→ Confident designing marketing and social content, not just product screens→ Self-directed, responsive, reliable→ Fintech, payments, or e-commerce experience is a plusWhat we offer:→ Full-time, Dubai-based, remote-first with occasional meetups in DIFC→ Direct work with the founders and a small, senior team→ Competitive salary, DIFC benefits→ Real breadth — product design one day, campaign creative the next→ A chance to shape both the product and the brand from pre-launchInterested?
