While some of us start with financial experience, our larger belief is that new ideas come from learning, research, analytical thinking, questioning, and translating what we know into new contexts.Job SummaryThe Product Designer is responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered financial services products for both consumers and businesses. In this role, the Product Designer will take ownership of complex workflows—guiding projects from early discovery and concept development through polished prototypes and seamless developer handoff. While most initiatives follow a structured UX process—research, stakeholder interviews, wireframing, iteration, and prototyping—the Product Designer needs to adapt their approach to each project’s unique challenges. Success in this role means combining strong client communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, all while working effectively within evolving design systems.Required Qualifications2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design and research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design workExpert-level proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of SketchA sharp analytical and visual mindset, driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a passion for solving complex problemsAbility to push yourself, embrace feedback, and stay current with emerging financial, technology, and design trendsProven experience thriving in a hybrid, globally distributed work environment, collaborating effectively across time zones and culturesPreferred QualificationsFinancial experience/interestExperience in presenting complex workflowsAny additional experience, or being a subject matter expert in AISalary & BenefitsSalary Range: $75k - $120k annualized, based on experience and qualificationsEligibility for bonusesPaid holidays and unlimited paid time offEmployer-paid life insuranceEmployer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance401k plan with 100% employer’s match up to 4%
