Our science-backed program combines neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and community support to help users build sustainable habits and lasting change.Our mission is simple: help people unlock their full potential by reshaping habits and rewiring the brain for a better life.About the RoleTo take Reframe to the next level, we're looking for a full-time Product Designer who can help us rapidly build out new products and features across different ecosystems and scale existing ones. You'll work directly with the founders and product team to create personalized, engaging, and habit-altering experiences at scale. This role blends creativity with problem-solving, you'll design intuitive user experiences, collaborate closely with engineering, and help shape the future of how millions of people interact with Reframe.Note: This is an in-person role based out of our Alpharetta, GA office, five days a week.ResponsibilitiesDesign user interfaces and experiences for new features and product improvements across mobile and webCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate ideas and solutionsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to bring designs from concept to launchSupport feature testing, QA, and iteration based on user feedback and dataCreate visual assets and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools as neededMaintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the productParticipate in brainstorming sessions, product meetings, and user research to inform design decisionsSkills & QualificationsMust Have3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related roleProficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designStrong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layoutExperience designing for mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineersSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesNice to HaveExperience with Canva or other graphic design toolsFamiliarity with design systems and component librariesExperience with user research, usability testing, or A/B testingBackground in health, wellness, or behavior change productsBasic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)Who You AreYou care deeply about user experience and love making things look and feel greatYou're curious and excited to experiment with new frameworks and toolsYou're a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environmentsYou sweat the details but also know when to move fast and iterateYou're mission-driven and motivated by the idea of helping people transform their livesWhy Join UsMission-driven company making a measurable difference in people's livesCompetitive salary + equity packageHealth, dental, and vision benefitsSupportive, collaborative, and growth-focused cultureIf you want to be part of a team that's growing fast, moving quickly, and changing lives every day, we'd love to get to know you!
