Product Designer

Looking for a hands-on Product Designer who can take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, not just visual design. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a complex banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating digital experiences tailored to both Arabic- and English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to final UI design and implementation.Design user-friendly digital banking experiences across mobile and web applications.Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.Conduct user research, usability testing and customer journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.Skills:Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design experience.Hands-on expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design systems.Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability principles and accessibility.Experience designing Arabic-language interfaces and RTL layouts.Reach out to trish.villena@globant.com for discussion!!
