Location: DubaiReporting to: Senior Product DesignerDirect Reports: NoneProduct DesignerAbout the RoleHantec Markets is looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Product team.

You’ll work across web platforms, mobile apps, client portals, trading experiences and internal tools, helping create clear, consistent and scalable digital experiences.We’re particularly looking for someone with strong experience in design systems and component design, a good understanding of native mobile design patterns, and a proven track record designing dashboards and complex product interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products.Design and maintain reusable Figma components, variants and libraries.Apply established design systems and component patterns consistently across products.Design mobile experiences using appropriate Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design patterns.Design clear, usable dashboards, tables, forms, data-heavy interfaces and complex product workflows.Work closely with Product Managers and Developers from discovery through to implementation.Consider responsive behaviour, edge cases, errors, empty states and different user states.Help improve consistency, usability and visual quality across Hantec’s digital products.What You’ll Bring3–5+ years of experience in digital product design.Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout and prototyping.Proven experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.Good understanding of Apple iOS design patterns and Google Material Design / Android patterns.Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard, SaaS, fintech or other complex product UI design.Strong visual design skills with good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and responsive design.Ability to think through complete user journeys, including edge cases and system states.Comfortable working collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.Nice to HaveExperience in fintech, trading or financial services.Understanding of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.Experience creating micro-interactions in Figma or Lottie.Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and efficiency.Portfolio RequirementOnly applications with a strong product design portfolio will be considered.We’re particularly interested in seeing examples of component/library work, native mobile design, dashboards and complex product interfaces.Why Join Hantec?We’re a global broker with innovation at our core.
