The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating seamless user journeys.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and business objectives.Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop intuitive user experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.Qualifications2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsExperience designing SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or customer-facing web applications.Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.Experience working in Agile development environments.Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions is a plus.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work on innovative digital products.Career growth and professional development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Modern office located at MG Road, Bengaluru.Equal Opportunity StatementIf you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and enjoy solving real-world design challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
