Product Designer (UI/UX)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Arrangement: Fully onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final delivery.Design intuitive digital experiences for banking and financial-services products.Translate complex business and banking requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.Create user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns.Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, brand, and regulatory requirements.Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Work within an Agile/Scrum product development environment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall customer and digital banking experience.Requirements4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.Must have proven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or a closely related industry.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.Strong knowledge of UX research, user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.Experience creating and working with design systems and component libraries.Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Riyadh.Preferred ExperienceDigital banking or mobile banking applicationsRetail or corporate bankingPayments and cardsLending or financing productsWealth or personal financial managementBanking transformation and digital modernizationProducts operating within regulated financial environmentsAccessibility and inclusive designProduct analytics and experimentation
