Product Designer (UX Focused)

Visa sponsorship will be provided for successful candidates; however, relocation expenses, including flights and accommodation, will not be covered.Must-Have Requirements4–8+ years of professional Product Design / UX/UI experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from discovery/research through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final UI.Mandatory: Previous experience designing banking, financial services, or fintech products.Strong UX-focused background, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and user-centered design.Experience designing complex web and mobile applications, particularly products involving financial workflows or transactions.Strong understanding of financial/banking user journeys, such as payments, accounts, cards, lending, loans, onboarding/KYC, or related workflows.Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain and defend UX decisions to product, engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.
