Team members join a fast-evolving, brand-driven environment with opportunities to contribute to innovative products and experiences in the regional lifestyle market.Role Description The Product Development and Regulatory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role coordinates the end-to-end development of beauty and wellbeing products, including collecting product requirements, supporting formulation and packaging decisions, and maintaining detailed product documentation. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure products meet market needs while complying with all relevant regulations and standards. Daily tasks include preparing and tracking regulatory files, monitoring changes in regulatory requirements, assisting with product registration and approvals, and ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation. The role also supports project timelines, communicates status updates to stakeholders, and helps maintain accurate records and databases for products and regulatory activities.Qualifications Ability to manage and prepare Regulatory Documentation, including product files and supporting evidence.Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Requirements in beauty, lifestyle, and wellbeing sectors.Experience with Regulatory Submissions and product registration processes.Background in Regulatory Affairs and coordination between internal teams and authorities.Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, cosmetics science, engineering, business, or a related field.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficient in documentation management, MS Office tools, and basic project tracking systems.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellbeing industries and familiarity with regional regulatory bodies is preferred.
