Product Development Associate

services to clients across the UAE and international markets.We are looking for a technically capable AI Product Development Associate to support the development, integration, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and intelligent software solutions.About the RoleThe successful candidate will work across the AI product lifecycle, from understanding product requirements and developing AI functionality to integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.You will collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, data teams, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and designers to transform product requirements into practical AI-powered features.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of AI-powered products and software features.Translate product requirements into practical AI application solutions.Develop and integrate AI functionality into web, mobile, and SaaS products.Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for product use cases.Integrate AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other platforms.Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation features.Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.Support the development of AI agents and intelligent workflows.Develop prompts and structured AI workflows for reliable outputs.Build APIs and backend services required for AI product functionality.Work with structured and unstructured data for AI applications.Support machine learning model integration where required.Evaluate AI outputs against product requirements and quality standards.Conduct functional and integration testing of AI features.Identify and troubleshoot AI, API, integration, and application issues.Collaborate with QA teams to validate AI-powered product features.Work with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy AI services.Monitor AI feature performance, reliability, and usage.Support optimization of AI applications for cost, speed, accuracy, and scalability.Maintain technical documentation for AI features, APIs, prompts, workflows, and integrations.Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential product applications.Participate in product planning, sprint meetings, reviews, and technical discussions.Support continuous improvement of existing AI products based on user feedback and performance data.Required Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Software Development, AI Product Development, or a related technical field.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.Strong programming skills in Python.Practical experience integrating AI or LLM APIs.Good understanding of Generative AI and machine learning concepts.Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.Good understanding of databases and data processing.Familiarity with Git and version-control systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal English communication.Ability to work effectively with technical and product teams.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Technical SkillsAI & Generative
