- Experience in Product Development for Automotive Industry (Feasibility Analysis, 3D Concept, Class A Surfaces,...)Solid knowledge about:
- DFMEA (Design Failure Modes and Effect Analysis);
- Stack-ups;
- 2D and 3D Drawings of Solids and Surfaces with CATIA V5 or Siemens NX (min. 10,000 hours);
- GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerances);
- Structural FEA (Finite Element Analysis);
- DFM and DFA (Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly)Knowledge in some of the following production/transformation processes:
- Aluminum/Plastic Extrusion;
- Injection of Plastic Parts;
- Aluminum Injection;
- Transformation of metal parts by machining and stamping;
- Stretch bending of aluminum;
- Worked directly with OEMs (VW, RSA, PSA, FCA);
- MSOffice (Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Word)Knowledge about:
- DOE (Design of Experiments);
- DFSS (Design for Six Sigma);
- DOE (Design of Experiments);
- Root Cause Analysis Methods (Fault Tree Analysis, Ishikawa, 5Ws);
- Operation of 3D Plastic Printing Machines; Cause Analysis Methods (Fault Tree Analysis, Ishikawa, 5Ws);
