Product Development Executive

Job Overview:To execute field trials and demonstrations for our agricultural products in the Philippines. To play a key role in generating reliable field data to support product efficacy, crop safety, and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Trials & Demos: Plan and execute assigned field trials and demonstration activities according to approved protocols.2. Monitoring & Data Collection: Monitor crop conditions, effiency, and crop safety. Accurately collect, analyze, and document field data, observations, and photos.3. Reporting & Tech Support: Prepare technical reports and trial summaries. Provide technical support and product demonstrations for farmers, dealers, and the commercial team.4. Market Feedback: Collect customer insights to support product positioning and future development.5. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to trial protocols, safety standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Plant Protection, Agronomy, or related fields.2. Experience: Min. 2 years in product development, field trials, agronomy, or R&D.3.

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge of pesticides/fertilizers, crop protection, and field trial methodology. Proficient in data analysis and MS Office.4. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable to high-mobility field environments, and able to work under pressure.5. Language & Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written English for reporting and business communication; proficient in Tagalog, with command of the major regional language (Ilocano / Cebuano / Hiligaynon) preferred.
