Purpose:leading the end-to-end process of taking a product from ideation to launch. This role focuses on generating innovative ideas, developing new features, and ensuring alignment between product goals and business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the expert ensures that products meet customer needs, function seamlessly, and stand out in the competitive landscapeMain Duties and Responsibilities:Generate new ideas and initiate the development of innovative features for Urpay.Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Work closely with technology teams and designers to ensure product feasibility, functionality, and visual appeal.Coordinate with sales teams to guarantee product availability and enhance customer engagement efforts.Align product development goals with Neoleap’s overall business strategies and objectives.Identify opportunities for differentiation by monitoring competitors’ products and market trends.Ensure that product design and features address customer needs and expectations.Collect and analyze feedback to make continuous improvements to the product.Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends and emerging technologies.Identify and implement strategies to differentiate Neoleap’s products from competitors.
