Product Development Lead – Streetwear

Mystic is a Dubai-based streetwear brand with a fast-growing social community on TikTok and Instagram, selling primarily to the US market.We're looking for a Product Designer & Development Lead, based in Dubai and working from our office, to own the full product pipeline — from trend research to final tech pack.🎨 The RoleYou'll be the person who turns inspiration into finished Mystic product: researching trends and markets, translating them into concrete product direction, building moodboards and visual direction, constructing tech packs, and liaising with suppliers on fabric selection and production.You'll work closely with the founders and creative team to keep pace with our bi-weekly release cycle, without every product decision needing to go back up to leadership.💼 Responsibilities- Trend and market research (streetwear, local and international)- Translating inspiration into product concepts aligned with the Mystic aesthetic- Building moodboards and driving product-level creative direction- Constructing detailed tech packs- Fabric sourcing and ongoing supplier coordination- Close collaboration with the creative team and founders- Managing the production calendar to sustain the micro-collection release rhythm🔍 What We're Looking For- Experience in fashion product design/development, ideally in streetwear or a fast-cadence brand- Strong command of tech packs, fabric sourcing, and supplier management- A genuine feel for streetwear culture and brand aesthetics- Ability to make product decisions independently, without constant oversight- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate- Full-time availability, office presence required
