Responsibilities& TasksKeyResponsibilitiesContribute to developing the overall product development strategy.Supervise and participate in studies and data analysis.Lead new product development projects.Enhance existing products in line with market requirements and the Bank’s strategy.Manage the product development team and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.Manage and ensure effective coordination with relevant departments, including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Technology.Maintain a healthy and profitable product portfolioLead product developmentinitiatives using Agile methodologies, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of product enhancements and new capabilitiesActivitiesDevelop initial models and concepts for new products.Review and analyze product performance.Conduct ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of each product based on available data and the actions taken.Supervise and prepare product requirements documentation.Presentation Skills / PowerPointMaintain product backlog in adherence with Agile frameworkManage external vendor relationships and communicationsEducationalLevel & Professional CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, preferably in a relevant field. Professional certifications are preferred, such as Business Administration / Product Management or other relevant certifications. RequiredYears & Nature of Experience 7–10 years of experience in banking product development (specifically in Loans and Credit Cards) or a related field.
