• Define the long-term vision for Japan & Korea’s digital healthcare products
• Build and manage a multi-year roadmap aligned with market needs
• Identify new product opportunities and guide investment decisions
• Oversee end-to-end product execution across multiple product lines
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and global product teams
• Lead and develop a cross-functional product & content team
• Represent Japan & Korea in global product forums and strategy discussions🎯 What You Bring
• 10–12+ years in digital product management
• Experience leading complex product portfolios
• Background in healthcare, education, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of Agile and data-driven product practices
• Leadership experience in global, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese & English
