Product Engineer

Product Engineer | Berlin, Germany (Hybrid) | €75k - €100kWe're looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong Python engineering skills with a product mindset. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and customers to build features that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable impact.Location/Language:Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)Applicants must be based in Germany or have the right to work in Germany.German language proficiency at B2 level or above (required).Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define, build, and iterate on new features.Turn customer feedback into practical technical solutions.Build APIs and backend services with a focus on reliability and performance.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.Help shape product direction by bringing technical insight into product decisions.Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience.Requirements:Strong commercial experience developing software with Python.Experience building production-grade web applications and APIs.Familiarity with modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.Experience working with SQL databases and REST APIs.Understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.A product-first mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business impact.Professional working proficiency in English.If you're interested get in touch ASAP!
