🦾 Product Engineer – AI Robotics & Warehouse Automation📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)An innovative global warehouse automation technology company is seeking a Product Engineer to become the European technical expert for its advanced AI-powered robotic picking solutions.This is a highly visible role combining product engineering, technical pre-sales, customer engagement and product validation. You will become the technical face of the business across Europe, leading demonstrations, evaluating customer applications and supporting some of the most advanced robotic automation technology currently available.Working closely with product management, engineering and commercial teams, you will help customers understand how intelligent robotic picking solutions can transform warehouse operations while providing technical feedback that influences future product development.Role ResponsibilitiesLead a European demonstration and test facility for advanced robotic picking technology.Deliver technical demonstrations and customer workshops.Support the commercial team during pre-sales engagements.Visit customer facilities to evaluate operational requirements and technical fit.Design and execute product testing and proof-of-concept activities.Analyse customer operational data to improve system performance.Support existing installations through technical investigations and root cause analysis.Act as the technical bridge between customers, engineering and product management.Experience RequiredEngineering, Computer Science or similar technical degree.Previous experience in Product, Solutions or Applications Engineering as well as Technical Product Management and Technical DemonstrationsStrong technical ability with excellent customer-facing communication skills, comfortable presenting technology to customers and senior stakeholders.Experience working within warehouse automation, logistics or robotics - particularly Robotic manipulation, Vision systems, Conveyors, Sortation or AI-driven automationStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Fluent Dutch and English (German and/or French language skills is a plus)Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Western Europe.Experience with Product launch or start-up environments📩 This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing automation technology business at the forefront of AI-driven warehouse robotics, taking ownership of the company's European demonstration centre and becoming one of its key technical ambassadors.
