Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of HVAC products, including new models, series, and customized units.Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documents.Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and production.Drive Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.Evaluate and recommend solutions for product customization, deviations, and customer-specific requirements.Support the development, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC products.Provide technical support to Sales, Service, and customers regarding product applications and engineering requirements.Evaluate components, materials, and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and engineering practices.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration Design & Product Development.Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, standards, and product development.Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/design systems is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and conceptual skills.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
