Team members collaborate closely with owners, partners, and service providers to deliver reliable, professional management in Saudi Arabia’s growing tourism sector.Role Description The Product Engineering Intern will own the design, development, and improvement of internal tools and systems used to manage and operate tourism properties. This full-time, hybrid role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and assist in implementing software features. Daily tasks include analyzing operational workflows, documenting processes, testing software updates, and helping troubleshoot product-related issues. The intern will participate in project meetings, contribute to technical and user documentation, and support small-scale product improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to product engineering in a real estate and tourism operations environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess foundational Product Engineering skills, with interest in designing and improving tools and systems for operational use.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and process optimization.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting requirements.Candidates should possess basic Software Development skills (e.g., scripting or programming, familiarity with web or backend technologies) to support product implementation and testing.Candidates should possess introductory Project Management skills to help plan tasks, track progress, and coordinate small initiatives.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn quickly from feedback and mentorship.Interest in the tourism, hospitality, or real estate sector and familiarity with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms) are beneficial.
