Product Excellence Expert/Specialist – Cards, 12 months contract

We are looking for an experienced Product Excellence Expert/Specialist to support a leading financial services organization in Riyadh.Key responsibilities:Manage governance and controls across card products and related operations.Review vendor reports, contracts, agreements, and business cases.Monitor contractual timelines and support timely renewals or closure.Ensure customer communications, telesales scripts, websites, and applications contain accurate information.Maintain and update SOPs and review marketing and product materials.Work closely with product, operations, telesales, and external partners to resolve compliance and process gaps.Requirements:Strong governance, compliance, and documentation management experience.Background in banking, financial services, cards, or payments.Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and follow actions through to completion.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
