The role requires a combination of product knowledge, market understanding, technical support, customer engagement, and sales coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the product portfolio for construction chemicals, including waterproofing, concrete admixtures, repair and rehabilitation products, tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, flooring systems, and protective coatings.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor products, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.Develop product positioning, technical literature, presentations, and marketing materials.Provide technical support to sales teams, contractors, consultants, applicators, and customers.Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, trials, and technical presentations.Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements or new product introductions.Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, and technical seminars.Work closely with sales and business development teams to achieve product revenue and profitability targets.Monitor product performance, sales volumes, margins, inventory, and market acceptance.Prepare product comparisons and technical/commercial proposals against competing solutions.Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, applicators, distributors, and key accounts.Ensure products comply with relevant international and local standards, specifications, and project requirements.Support preparation of technical submittals, method statements, product data sheets, and project specifications.Track market developments and emerging technologies in construction chemicals.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Chemistry, or a related field.4–8 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, specialty chemicals, or a related industry.Strong knowledge of construction chemical applications and product technologies.Experience working with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project stakeholders is preferred.Good understanding of construction processes and technical specifications.Commercial awareness with the ability to translate technical product benefits into business opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
