You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead experimentation efforts, and help teams make informed product decisions.Develop and execute product growth strategies focused on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.Design and manage experimentation programs, including hypothesis creation, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Marketing teams, and leadership stakeholders to align growth strategies with business goals.Present insights and recommendations clearly, transforming complex data into practical actions that improve product performance.Support product launches, onboarding improvements, feature adoption initiatives, and retention optimization projects.Manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment while adapting strategies to different products, industries, and user audiences.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has experience driving growth for digital products and understands how analytics, experimentation, and customer behavior can shape successful product strategies.
