Highlight of the engagement opportunityNature of role: Full timeNumber of years of experience expected: 3-7 yearsAreas of past experience preferred: Asset-liability management (ALM) / Liquidity risk / IRRBB / Risk consultingEducational qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Economics / Statistics / MathematicsAdditional certifications required: Actuarial science (Cleared more than 9 actuarial papers) / FRM / Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) / Chartered Accountant (CA)Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / USLanguage requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in EnglishTechnology proficiency preferred: Python / Experience with any ALMKey responsibility areas: Lead, manage and execute medium to large-scale system implementations in areas related to ALM, liquidity risk, interest rate risk and balance sheet management for banks, NBFCs, insurance companies and corporates across the globe.Research regulations across geographies in the area of ALM, IRRBB and Balance Sheet management and engage with product teams to ensure adoption of new regulations by product team prior to rollout of the same by regulators.Represent the firm as subject matter specialist in the above domains while engaging with client teams to understand client methodologies adopted.Understand client processes and design to-be-state post automation to finalize business requirements.Develop testing strategies and ensure alignment client expectations and requirement coverage.Conduct client trainings on product usage and handhold during user acceptance testing.Independently lead and mentor a team of associates on a day-to-day basis.Manage client accounts to originate new leads for cross sell and upsell opportunities.Independently manage project P&L and report to senior management team.Key performance metrics: Adherence to client delivery, internal development and testing timelines.Adherence to the firm’s standards for processes and qualityAdherence to internal KRAs and KPIsClient feedbackFeedback from counselor and other team membersOther expectations: An “ownership attitude” whose passion for solving strategic issues and objectives along with leading a team has grown from their previous engagements in the roleStrong analytical and presentation skillsStrong business writing and oral communication skillsCollaborative and partnership-oriented and ready to work as a team member/ leaderDemonstrated ownership over deliverables and project engagementAbility to handle highly challenging and time-bound projects with a positive mindsetOther important information:Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in IndiaPeriod of engagement: Full-time positionProbation period: 6 monthsCompensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.
